Wisper Broadband have designed a number of different packages to suit most budgets and demands, however on some occasions we can all under estimate the amount of data we are using.

In these circumstances Wisper Broadband has set up some procedures to prevent you from incurring any unwanted charges. Wisper Broadband offer 3 distinct packages of Data.

The Lite Package at £19.99 a month offers you an allowance of up to 30 GB of Data to use freely throughout the month. If you have chosen the Lite package and are receiving the Over Usage message we will be happy to upgrade you to the Max package for an additional price of just £5.00 a month.

The Max Package at £24.99 a month offers you an allowance of up to 250 GB of Data to use freely throughout the month.If you have chosen the Max package and are receiving the Over Usage message we will be happy to upgrade you to the Pro package for an additional price of just £5.00 a month.

The Pro Package at £29.99 a month offers you an allowance of up to 500 GB of Data to use freely throughout the month. If you have chosen the Pro package and are receiving the Over Usage message please contact our customer support team on 01482 363638 to discuss your individual requirements.

Any user who goes over the allocated usage allowance will resume full access from their next billing period which starts on the first of each month.
